These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of travelbylori.net (the "Site"), an independent personal blog operated by Travel by Lori LLC ("we", "us", "our" or "I"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Travel by Lori is a personal editorial blog. It provides travel stories, opinions, guides and inspiration. It is not a travel agency, tour operator or booking service. I don't sell flights, accommodation or tours, the Site carries no advertising, and no payments are processed here.
All content reflects my personal experiences and opinions and is provided for general informational purposes. Travel details — prices, hours, routes, conditions and the like — change frequently and may be out of date. Always verify information directly with the relevant provider or authority before making any decision or booking.
The Site doesn't facilitate bookings or transactions. Any travel arrangements you make are entirely between you and the relevant airline, hotel, operator or other provider, under their own terms. I'm not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, those arrangements.
All text, photography, design and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Travel by Lori LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not copy, republish, scrape or exploit the content commercially without prior written permission.
You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the systems behind it; introduce malware; scrape or harvest data by automated means without permission; or interfere with the Site's operation or other readers' enjoyment of it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
I may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
